The files are in 'dss' format. To be able to hear them your need the dss player available on the Olympus web site: click here. From the Olympus web site top page, click on the "Digital Voice Recorder" link [as web pages change periodically you may have to search for this, one hint: look under "audio"]. From the Digital Voice Recorders page, clink on "Software" and follow the downloading steps, choosing the following entries at each step: Step 1: Digital Voice Recorders Stept 2: DM-10 Digital Voice Recorder (lectures 1 to11), DSS330 (from lectures 13) Step 3: DSS Player Lite Step 4: [choose your operating system] Click on the link for the appropriate software that is given in the gray box below the "steps".
