The starting online address for the University of California Office of
the President (UCOP) is

On the left hand side of that page there is a listing of various
divisions; and each one of those produces a sub-menu:
Under "Board of Regents", you can link to information about their
Meetings, Minutes, ByLaws, etc.; this also provides a link to the
Office of the Treasurer, for info about investments.
Under "Business Operations" you can link to:
"Financial Reports", which will lead
you to the Annual Financial Reports (for several past years)
and also the Campus Financial Schedules, which contain much accounting
detail.
You can also link to the "Systemwide Budget Office", where you can find
copies of recent budget documents as well as data on enrollments.

you find the Statistical Summaries of Students and Staff, with lots of
data over many years.
