The Serious Crimes
Panel at the Dili District Court, East Timor - The trials currently
being held in Dili, East Timor, are a "hybrid" tribunal, set-up
jointly by the U.N. and the government of East Timor. The Center has prepared
assessments of the effectiveness of the hybrid tribunal.
The Indonesian Ad Hoc Tribunal for East Timor, held in Jakarta, Indonesia
- The Ad Hoc Tribunal is a national tribunal of the Indonesian government.
