Mexican Theater Workshop With Sabina Berman

This three-week intensive workshop with Mexican playwright Sabina Berman is designed to introduce students to contemporary issues in Latin American theater. The main focus of the course will be the creation and performance of a theatrical work that explores issues of immigration, race and language politics across the U.S.–Mexico border. The performance will be bilingual (Spanish and English). Knowledge of Spanish is not a requirement for participation.
